Sale conditions of ordinary and season tickets for the Kursaal Auditorium, Chamber Hall and Victoria Eugenia Theatre

The doors will open 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the performances. Nobody will be allowed to enter the premises once the show has begun.

Holders of ordinary or season tickets will not be allowed to record or help record nor reproduce sounds and/or images of the show.

For obvious security reasons, checks or searches might be carried out in the accesses to the halls. It is strictly forbidden to bring any object that may be dangerous for the normal development of the show (glass, etc.).

The modification of the schedule of a concert does not give the right to a refund of the total or partial cost of the ticket. If a concert is called off, the cost of that concert will be refunded at the outlet where the ticket was purchased, before 8 August 2008.

Victoria Eugenia Theatre: Standing room only for Orchestra Tickets.

Ordinary and season tickets can only be sold at official outlets (Kutxa's sale systems and Victoria Eugenia Theatre ticket office).

Any ordinary or season ticket will lose its validity if damaged.

Any person leaving the premises will not be allowed to return.

The holder of an ordinary or season Festival ticket gives the organiser permission to use his/her image in any video or reproduction of the show.

It is strictly forbidden to bring food or drink.

Smoking is not allowed.
